Vortex Phase Plates

RPC Photonics is now offering a vortex phase plate with charge 2 (VPP-2) in addition to its current VPP-1 product for charge-1 vortices.

Vortex phase plates, also known as spiral phase plates, impart a spiral phase to an incoming wavefront and are relevant to a wide variety of applications such as communications, astronomy, and particle trapping.

RPC Photonics, Inc. designs and manufactures optical components with precision structured surfaces, refractive or diffractive, that can be used to control and distribute light in an efficient way, for illumination and display applications.
